What data we collect and why
This website does not require registration and does not build profiles of its visitors. The only personal data we process is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, your organization, your email address, the office or country you are interested in, and the message you write to us.
We use that data for a single purpose: to answer your enquiry and follow up on the conversation you start with us. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to your request.
Cookies and audience measurement
This website uses no first-party or third-party cookies and no advertising trackers. When enabled, audience measurement is carried out with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a tool that uses no cookies, stores no identifiers on your device and cannot identify individuals.
Who else is involved
To run this website we rely on providers that act on our behalf under contractual obligations of confidentiality and security:
- Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers the website. For security reasons, its servers temporarily log technical connection data such as the IP address.
- The email delivery provider that transmits the contact form message to our mailboxes.
Where the data is processed
We work from eight offices of our own in seven countries, from North America to the Southern Cone. Your enquiry may be handled from any of them, and the data may be hosted on our providers’ servers in other countries. In every case we apply the contractual and technical safeguards needed to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as the conversation lasts and, if it turns into a professional relationship, for as long as that relationship continues. After that, only for the periods required by applicable law.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given us. Simply write to info@alturaconsult.com stating what you need. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may contact the data protection authority in your country.
